  • Respect all targeting and geographic restrictions agreed with AppJoy
  • Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
  • Not circumvent AppJoy's systems or attempt to work directly with publishers outside the network

6. Publisher Terms

Publishers and affiliates joining AppJoy's network agree to:

  • Only send legitimate, non-fraudulent traffic to campaigns
  • Not engage in click fraud, bot traffic, or other deceptive practices
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations
  • Disclose all traffic sources accurately and promptly upon request
  • Not promote AppJoy campaigns on prohibited or adult content websites without prior approval

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon individually with each advertiser and publisher. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. AppJoy reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity is suspected. Disputes regarding payments must be raised in writing within 30 days of the relevant invoice date.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AppJoy does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding specific campaign results, traffic quality beyond our standard screening measures, or the accuracy of third-party information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppJoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AppJoy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppJoy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
